How can I track my order?

To Track your order, simply log onto corsopaws.com/shop and click either "Track Orders." Enter in your email and a sign in link will be sent to you where you can check the status of your order and the estimated delivery date!


Our Processing Time

We process orders within 3-5 working days of being received. Please allow Custom made orders to be shipped out within 10-15 days of being received, as these orders are made when ordered. No Cancellations are accepted. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us.

We typically ship via USPS First Class mail which is 3-5 business days.

Do you accept custom orders

Yes, we can, depending on the project. Please contact us for more information. Note: All custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Return Policy

All Custom-made products are not Returnable. Please be sure to measure your pup properly so you order the correct size. Other non worn  products are returnable within 14 days of receipt. Corso Paws has the right to refuse refund if product shows signs of been worn. 

If there is a problem with a product, please allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us regarding the items that you would like to return or exchange. Returns do not include shipping and handling.

Trade Show/ Pop-up Purchases – Sorry, no returns, refunds, or exchanges on tradeshow/ pop-up purchases.  All sales are final.

Our full return policy is as follows.

Products are available for return/exchange; however, some items we will offer store credit only. We understand the frustration, but customers who enter incorrect personalized information for their pet are not eligible for a free return. If an error occurs due to a mistake in our production process, we will fix it. Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after receipt but can take up to 1-2 weeks. Returns must be requested within 14 days after an order has been delivered. The Customer is responsible for shipping product back to us. Corso Paws has the right to refuse refund if product(s) has signs of worn and tear. 

Custom Made products are not eligible for returns. Please be sure to measure your pet before ordering to ensure you receive the size you need.

Do you ship internationally

Yes, we do. We currently offer shipping to Europe.
